Brush cleaning PIGS are used during pre-commissioning and on-stream cleaning to remove rust, mill scale, sand, wax, growth, mud, oxides and other foreign matter. Sizes range from 2″ to. a whooping 72” with brush configurations including wire wheel, splif-ring, wrap-around, and spring-loaded.
High quality PU elastomers in specified shore hardness are used to make Batch- ing/Gauging PIGS. Cup type PIGS are used for standard pigging operations: De- watering during hydrostatic testing & drying the pipeline, paraffin removal, rou- tine batching operations and product removal. These are available in different shapes and sizes thus meeting the diverse needs of our clients.
Usually used during pre-commissioning or in servicing, gauging process helps determine a snag or more importantly pipe diameter reduction in a pipeline.
